The five steps in order:

Log in
Go to www.digitalinvitation.nl  and log in using the user name and password sent to you by VNU Exhibitions.

Step 1. Choose your design
Depending on the exhibitions you are participating in, you can choose from a selection of design templates. You also enter your contact details in this step.

Step 2. Add logo and text
You can add your own company logo or even upload an entire new top illustration. You can also enter your own text for the invitation.

Step 3. View the result and send a test mail
Once you are satisfied with the results, you can send a test mail to your own email address, which offers you the chance to see how your invitation with logo and text looks when sent by mail.

Step 4. Link to email addresses
Your invitation is ready. Now it is time to link it to your email addresses. You also make a group to which you add the database your invitation should be sent to.

Step 5. Send
You can send your invitation straight away or use the task planner. Choose a time and date and the system will do the rest. This is a useful function when the invitation is part of a larger marketing communication campaign.

What happens next?

Several days after the invitation is sent, you will receive a report with web statistics from us.

Bounces are emails which could not be delivered. Five days after the invitation is sent, you will receive a link to a web page where you can download these bounces. This information can be used to update your own email address book.

Did you make a start on the invitation, but are you having problems? No problem! After three days you will receive a help mail from us, which also contains a telephone number to ring for personal help.
