The European Cybersecurity Act is the legal pillar of the EU's plan for enhancing cybersecurity readiness and responsiveness. Beyond new obligations for the Member States in terms of security investment and cooperation, the Act also changes how Europe addresses security certification. Will the EU try to push ISO standards out of the market? How will cloud security certification be targeted? And what will be the likely implications for the future? This session will explain the major expected actions and their consequences in the years to come.
